Dr Myles Munroe in one of his books said & within every follower is a hidden leaders that quote means in every human there is a leader. God created we humans in his own image so what does that tell you? Is God not a leader? because we are created in God's image and God is a leader we have an inherent leadership spirit however to tap into this leadership spirit we must be conscious of the leadership spirit in us.
You can only become what you see. We are what we think we are, if u think you are president there is a tendency of you acting like one. The act of tapping into this inherent leadership potential is the process of activation. As a leader or leader to be this act of activating the leadership potential is very important to lead effectively.

The holy spirit gives us a connection with God and that is why we need the impartation of the spirit. The impartation of The Spirit even helps us to navigate through life easily, as 1 Corinthians 2:10 & 39 but God hath revealed them into us by his spirit, for the spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

Dr Myles Munroe in his book "The Spirit ofLeadership" talked about servant-leadership. Servant-leadership doesn't mean you are a slave to your followers it means you are offering to them everything you have. A leader doesn't learn or gain knowledge for her own sake alone instead she learns to impact people with her knowledge. The greatest example that has ever nature has given to us on leadership is Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ taught his disciples everything he knows and everything needed for his disciples to thrive in his time, even when he left earth he gave them the holy spirit that even we enjoy up till now.
The process of release should be a forceful or reluctant activity. A leader should release her knowledge to her followers so they can also surge in that field of operation. What is the beauty of a leader? The beauty of a leader is the amount of leader she is an able to create. The release of knowledge is of utmost importance for a leader to become successful and well acclaimed. A leader leads through her own vision to inspire her followers.
